Computer Forensics - Presented by Lacey Walker,
Internet Crimes Group
- What You Need to Know for an Effective Computer Investigation and Data Recovery

The topic will cover the world of computer forensics, including what corporations, law firms, and law enforcement need to know to make sure all possible angles are covered before, during and after an investigation. We will cover in detail where critical information can be found but often times overlooked. Also, how to maintain, preserve and analyze the data. Lastly the discussion will include what really needs to be known about data recovery and data destruction, some may find this quite surprising.

About the speaker:

Lacey Walker has been a Project Manager at ICG, Inc. since 2002. He holds a BS from the Wharton School of Business and is qualified as a Certified Computer Forensic Specialist and a Certified Lotus Specialist. Before joining ICG, Mr. Walker served as an IT trainer and project lead for numerous projects and also served as e-mail administrator for the city of Philadelphia, managing over 10,000 users.
